The talk will be given by Mohammed Ullah, Muslim Chaplain of Manchester Universities’. Everyone is welcome to come and listen to the talk and ask any questions you have.

Holy Name Circle of Prayer

The Holy Name Circle of Prayer is a group of people who pray for anyone who needs help from God. You can ask their prayers for yourself or someone else by filling in the online form. If you want to be part of the prayer circle then you can join the WhatsApp group to receive weekly intentions.

Cranes for Peace

We are folding one thousand cranes for peace at Holy Name.
If you would like to help then please drop into the chaplaincy and fold a paper crane! The cranes will be displayed some time May as a symbol of our commitment to world peace.

Annual Mass for abuse survivors

Tuesday 20th May 6pm

St. Patrick’s Collyhurst church, Livesey St, Manchester M4 5HF

The annual survivor’s Mass will be held at St Patricks church, Collyhurst on Tuesday 20th May at 6pm for all those that wish to attend - refreshments will be served afterwards. 

The Mass will be celebrated by Bishop John Arnold and is an opportunity for all to come together to pray for survivors of abuse.

If anyone requires further support, Diocesan Safeguarding team can be contacted on 0161 817 2206. Alternatively, support from Healing Through Community can be accessed directly by calling either Survivors Manchester (0161 236 2182) or Greater Manchester Rape Crisis (0161 273 4500).
