We will explore with Fr Phil, the social and historical background to Mark’s Gospel in our series of scripture workshops this term. Come and join us for input, sharing and prayer.

Come and do your bit for the city of Manchester by helping on our weekly clear up of Whitworth Park.

Manchester commemorates ‘great men’ like Engels. Why not his contemporary, Blessed Elizabeth Prout? A fascinating account on this Victorian-era nun who devoted her life to educating the poor and why she deserves her own statue.
